We Need a Smarter Way to Handle Procurement

Mensagempor daniel3112444456 » 22 Mar 2025 19:02

I was just reviewing last quarter’s expenses, and the numbers are a mess. Too many unapproved purchases, suppliers charging different rates for the same items, and no real visibility into where the money is going. If we keep running things this way, we’re gonna bleed cash. Guys, I’ve been dealing with so many issues in procurement lately. We’re constantly overspending, are all over the place, and approvals take forever. I need a solid platform to centralize everything and cut costs Any ideas?

Man, I know exactly what you're talking about. At my last job, we wasted thousands every month just because there was no structured procurement process. It’s crazy how fast small inefficiencies add up. We used to have the same problem—endless spreadsheets, approvals lost in email chains, and no clear visibility on spending. There are a few platforms out there, but a lot of them are overcomplicated or don’t integrate well with existing systems. You need something that streamlines everything

Been there, done that. I remember when we were scrambling to justify budgets at the end of each quarter because nothing was properly tracked. It was a nightmare trying to clean up the mess retroactively. After a ton of trial and error, I found precoro. It made a huge difference because it’s actually built to centralize procurement without turning it into a headache. We automated approvals, tracked every purchase, and even reduced maverick spending.
